On today’s episode, I will be giving you a back story on how Like A Girl came to be. She is fierce, powerful and extremely life changing when necessary. And for those who know me well may know this story. It went from an insult, to a motivator, an Instagram fitness page and finally a podcast. Every female has a "Like A Girl" moment. And today I want to tell you how my moment created so many incredible opportunities not only for myself but for many others around me.
